I am told the following on the damage:As it stands I've located. Sadly it got some damage in transit which I am claiming for (it was insured). Hi all,So my server was being sent to the seller for repair under warranty (I raised a previous thread on this). Server physically damaged - should I write it off? Hardware. So I know the camera is not broken, as I am able to see this program use the webcam, but nothing else shows the weĪnyone ever seen anything like this? Any tips? The real kicker is that when I run Dell's SupportAssist program, and choose the webcam as the specific piece of hardware that I want to troubleshoot, it shows the camera working for 2 seconds, and after the scan finishes, same issues. Checked GPO to make sure it's not being blocked.Remove upper/lower filter registries (like here: )Tried Opens a new window plugging in external webcam, same Error 19.Upgraded BIOS, device drivers, ran all of Dell's updates for this system.Standard Device Manager, uninstall, reboot.Have a handful of Dell Optiplex 9010's, all of them are giving a Device Manager Error 19 for the webcam. Weird issue that I've been scratching my head for days.
